Basket Flick

Basket Flick is a free arcade game developed by Camilo Vasquez. We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how it is used.

1. What We Collect OPTIONAL

During gameplay, if you explicitly consent on the Terms screen, the app may collect anonymous behavioral data, including:

Touch trajectories and swipe timing
Flick speed, angle, and force
Gameplay session duration

This data contains no personally identifiable information. It is used to train AI models that distinguish human players from automated bots.

2. What We Do NOT Collect

Your name, email address, or account details
Device location or GPS data
Contacts, photos, or files
Device identifiers (IMEI, advertising ID)
Any financial information

3. Data Storage and Transmission

If you consent to data sharing, collected data is stored only on your device until you choose to share it. Nothing is transmitted automatically or without your action.

If you decline consent, no behavioral data is collected or stored at all.

4. Third-Party Services

Basket Flick does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or tracking services. We do not sell or share your data with any third party.

5. Children's Privacy

Basket Flick is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 13. Since no personal data is collected, this app complies with COPPA and similar regulations.

6. Your Rights

You can withdraw your data-sharing consent at any time from the in-app Settings screen. Withdrawing consent immediately stops any further data collection and you may delete locally stored data from Settings → Clear Data.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect any changes. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
